Tangy Pineapple Avocado Smoothie

Here’s a recipe, straight from my kitchen, that puts avocado to use in a great way!
Serves 2-4

1 avocado 

1 lemon, squeezed

1 cup of water (more or less, if desired)

2 cups frozen pineapple

1 pinch or 2 of Himalayan pink salt, Redmond RealSalt, or Celtic sea salt

maple syrup, to taste (optional)

1 pinch or 2 of ginger (optional)

garnish: avocado slices
(Optional)

Blend. Serve. Sip.

A few frozen strawberries can really kick this recipe up a notch! Try it!

You deserve to be mo better!
