Is it talent? Is it white privilege? At this point, no one knows exactly what to call it. Some find it entertaining but most see her as a disrespectful, misguided teen.
Danielle “Cash Me Outside” Bregoli, aka “Bhad Bhabie”, has signed a multi million dollar deal with Atlantic Records. It’s hard to believe that Bregoli has inked a deal with the same company that houses talent such as Ed Sheeran and Cardi B, but believe it, it’s done.
14 year old Danielle’s debut single, “These Heaux”, hit YouTube and other music outlets last month, receiving more than 21 million views to date. Danielle was also sited as the youngest woman rapper to even debut on Billboard’s Hot 100.
Is this what is considered talent or are people just checking to see how far this can go?
From a disrespectful teen on Dr. Phil, to now having a multi million dollar deal with Atlantic, what type of message does this send our youth? Call me a hater if you want, but if this is how success is obtained, is it wrong for me to not want my children to have any parts of it?
