President Trump is clowning around again. He decided to speak with a fake, exaggerated, Spanish accent during a Hispanic Heritage Month event at the White House Friday.
“We are also praying for the people of Puerto Rihhh-co,” Trump told the crowd assembled for his speech, mocking the hurricane-battered territory’s name with a breathy accent in an attempt to garner some laughs. “We love Puerhhh-to Rihhh-co.”

Let’s remind everyone that only half of Puerto Rico’s residents have access to clean drinking water and just 5.4 percent of residents have electricity in the wake of Hurricane Maria, according to FEMA, despite Trump’s assurance that “great progress is being made.”
